WHAT WE DO

IDEA works to reduce violence through the training of First Responders and Community members.  All IDEA members are fully dedicated to the saving of lives through the development and delivery of high-quality training.  

As professionals, we are committed to helping you prevent conflict, keep tense situations from escalating and when they do, helping you de-escalate them.  Our goal is helping you to find alternatives to emotional and/or physical violence and ensuring the safety of all people.

Staffed by a world-class team of Master Instructors, IDEA is dedicated to training people to provide unbiased public safety, preparing you for remaining calm during rapidly unfolding events and high-quality decision-making under stress. 

We develop and provide high quality training to First Responders, Business Owners and Leaders, Casinos & Hotels, Entertainment Venues, Private Security, Healthcare, Customer Service and Education.
